Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may return or exchange eligible items within 5-7 days from the date of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry is non-returnable (exchange possible only for manufacturing defects).
  • Loose diamonds with GIA/IGI certificates are returnable only if the certificate matches the returned stone.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-engraved products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Worn, damaged, or altered jewelry
  • The processed exchange products will delivered within 3-2 business days

3. Return Process



Step Action
1 Contact us within 2-3 days of delivery at info@alaknandadiamond.com or +91 8200219210 with your Order ID and reason.
2 Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email.
3 Pack the item securely with the original invoice, certificate, and RAN.
4 Ship via our approved courier (trackable & insured). Return shipping label provided for domestic orders.
5 Once received and inspected (within 3–5 business days), refund or exchange is processed.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Full refund (including original shipping) issued within 7 business days of approval.
  • Credited to the original payment method.
  • International returns: Original shipping cost non-refundable; return shipping at customer’s expense.

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchange for a different size, design, or value.
  • If the new item is more expensive, pay the difference.
  • If less expensive, receive store credit or refund for the difference.
  • One free exchange per order (domestic only).

6. Condition Inspection

  • Items are inspected for wear, damage, or tampering.
  • Returns failing inspection will be shipped back at customer’s cost.

7. Manufacturing Defects

  • Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., loose stones, broken prongs).
  • Free repair or replacement (shipping covered both ways).
  • Submit clear photos + video within 7 days of receipt.

8. Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

  • Customer is responsible until the return reaches us.
  • Use insured, trackable shipping. We are not liable for lost returns without proof of delivery.
