1. Shipping Destinations
Alaknanda Diamond ships worldwide to all countries where courier services are available.
2. Processing Time
- Orders will be delivered with in 2-3 business days.
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with reputed couriers:
- India: Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post (Registered/Speed Post)
- International: DHL, FedEx, UPS
4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Delivery & Signature
- All packages require adult signature upon delivery.
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel.
7. Delayed Shipments
- Delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
- We will notify you via email/SMS in case of any delay exceeding 3 business days.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Fully insured until delivered.
- In case of loss or damage, file a claim within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
- Replacement or full refund will be Credit after courier investigation.
9. Non-Deliverable Addresses
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
- Undelivered parcels after 5-7 days will be returned; re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
